Reviews
Tony D’Souza provides 5 hours of guided meditations on 6 CDs. Each meditation is complete in itself and can be repeated as often as desired.
“I have never meditated before and this CD makes its easier. This is a process and worth the effort to do it.”
—Vail Reader
“I would especially recommend that the reader purchase, along with the book, the accompanying CD collection of Tony's guided meditations. In any case, both the book and the guided meditations will be used over and over again. They should be treated as ongoing and beloved resources in one's ongoing quest for awareness.”
—Mary Ann Surges Parker, CO, Educator |
